Experience

After graduating in law at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Milan 2006) with a dissertation on “Names and well-known signs (art. 8.3. of the Italian Code of Intellectual Property)”, she acquired a master in Intellectual Property law in 2007.

She was admitted to Italian Bar in 2010.

She has acquired and expanded her in-depth expertise working exclusively with law firms specialized in Intellectual Property Law. She regularly advises clients on the following matters: filing of property rights and means for their protection; legal and technical issues related to Intellectual Property; effective support provided to Italian and foreign companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, organizations of any kind and industry, aimed at identifying, protecting and leveraging their distinguishing signs.
