Experience

Domenico Zalum graduated at the University of Pisa in 2005, completing his final dissertation in Commercial Law on “The shareholders’ agreements under the recent reform of corporate law”.I patti parasociali alla luce della recente riforma del diritto societario”.

Before joining, as a partner, Greco Vitali Associati, he served as an associate at one of the major Italian law firm. He also worked as a visiting lawyer at Guarnera Advogados in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

É iscritto all’Ordine degli Avvocati di Milano dal 2008.
