Our Banking & Finance team assisted Assist Digital, a portfolio company of a fund managed by Progressio SGR, in securing financing to restructure its debt and support its investment programme.This included the acquisition of a majority stake in the German IT company Comselect Gesellschaft für Relationship Management mbH, valued at EUR 20 million.
