Greco Vitali assisted Intesa Sanpaolo, which launched long-term incentive plan for employees of the company groups in Italy (“Piani Lecoip 2.0” and “Piano Pop”).
LECOIP 2.0 Plan for “Professional” and “Group Managers” provides for the assignment of financial tools (known as certificates) with underlying ISP shares and the execution of an increase in free capital for an amount equal to Euro 87.959.908,40 and a capital increase against payment at a discounted price equal to Euro 264.112.557,80 reserved for employees. The “Piano POP” created for the Group’s top management, has provided for the allocation of options on the ISP share to employees.
