Our Banking & Finance team assisted Mediobanca and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti in a financing transaction, having an aggregate value of EUR 45 million, in favour of the Italian branch of Leaseplan, one of the world’s leading leasing companies. The financing supported the company’s investment plan and the restructuring of its existing debt.
