Experience<\/h3>\n

Pietro Greco graduated (magna cum laude<\/em>) at the University of Milan in 1999, completing his final dissertation in Commercial Law on \u201cThe Role of Shadow Directors in Groups: Italian and French experiences\u201d.<\/p>\n

Before founding Greco Vitali Associati in 2012, he served as an associate (from 1999 to 2007) and then as a \u00a0salary partner<\/em> (from 2008 to 2011) a leading Italian law firm. He also worked as a visiting lawyer<\/em> at Berwin Leighton Paisner in London.<\/p>\n

He has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2002 was admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione) in 2014.<\/p>\n

    He also advises both companies and private clients on commercial and civil law matters, assisting them on a wide range of commercial and corporate issues on a daily basis.<\/p>\n

    He has a vast experience in working on complex commercial and corporate transactions, as well as M&A operations.<\/p>\n

    He has been the common representative (\u201crappresentante comune\u201d) for the saving shareholders (\u201cazionisti di risparmio\u201d) of an Italian listed company for 9 years.<\/p>\n
