In 2008 he obtained a PhD from the University of Brescia.\n\nHe is Associate Professor of Company Law the Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Parma.<\/p>\n<p>He has been qualified to practice before the Italian Bar since 2003.<\/p>\n<h3>Practice areas<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Corporate M&amp;A<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Restructuring &amp; Insolvency<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Banking &amp; Finance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">His work field is mainly focused on complex company and commercial transactions, general corporate matters, M&amp;A, JV, acquisition finance and debt restructuring \u2013  both domestic and cross-border.<\/p>\n<h3>Other activities<\/h3>\n<p>He teaches Company Law at the Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Parma and Comparative Business Law at Universit\u00e0 Bocconi.\n\nHe is the author of several articles on Company Law, Insolvency Law and Financial Markets Law.
