Greco Vitali Associati advised ADN as the owner of the shoes brand Giannico in the contribution to transaction with L’Autre Chose S.p.a.

Greco Vitali Associati, with partner Matteo Ludovico Vitali and associate Matteo Miramondi, advised the young stylist Nicolò Beretta in the sale to L’Autre Chose of ADN, a company founded by Nicolò which owns the well-known luxury shoes’ brand “Giannico”.

L’Autre Chose is currently controlled by Sator Private Equity Fund and owns the homonym brand of women’s dresses and shoes. This transaction confirms the strong focus of our firm on sectors – such as fashion – that represent the backbone of our country’s economy.
