Experience

After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Bari (1998), Pasquale acquired a Specialised Diploma in Employment Law and Social Security (2002).

He got his Phd in Business and Commerce Law at the Università Luigi Bocconi (2008).

Has been entitled to practice in front of the Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione) since 2014.

He has been enrolled in the Milan Law Society (Ordine degli Avvocati di Milano) since 2001.

Pasquale regularly advises multinational and domestic companies in employment law and union law matters with reference to the complex processes of reorganization finalized in staff reduction. His range of activities also includes the negotiation of individual and collective agreements, social security issues and labor law litigation. He works closely with the Corporate M&A Department and the Restructuring & Insolvency Department.

He is the author of several articles and essays concerning public and private employment law and Italian and EU union law.
