Experience
After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Pavia in 2006 as a Collegio Ghislieri Alumnus, in 2011 he gained a PhD in Law and Economics in the same University (I.U.S.S.) and was admitted to the bar in Milan. Before joining, as of counsel, Greco Vitali Associati, he served as an associate at a boutique law firm and then as a salary partner in one of the major Italian law firm specialized in financial law.

He has a significant practice in restructuring, insolvency and turnaround. He assists clients in the legal aspects of the agreements among creditors, recovery plans, giudicial liquidation proceedings, distressed asset acquisitions, purchases of loan portfolios, debt restructuring, novel debt instruments or refinancing. He is also well versed in distress M&A and litigation, in connection to restructuring and insolvency issues, in order to deliver an integrated service across practice areas, which is critical to special situations transactions.
Other activities
He is non-tenured Professor of Financial Markets Regulation Law, at the School of Law of the University of Pavia. He is the author of a book (La remunerazione degli esponenti bancari, 2023, Milano, Giuffré) and of articles and essays on Company Law and Bank Law. He is a member of the Secretary of “Guido Rossi” research center for the corporate law.
