Experience

She graduated in law (magna cum laude) at University Luigi Bocconi of Milan (2009) with a dissertation on company law “The new discipline of contribution in kind in joint-stock companies”.

Before joining Greco Vitali Associati she worked for national and international tier-one law firms and was appointed as head of compliance of one of the biggest Italian real asset management companies.

Admitted to the Milan Bar since 2014.

Her activity mainly focuses on real estate transactions involving all asset classes, drafting and negotiating all relevant real estate contracts.

Thanks to the experience gained as head of compliance she advises her clients also in respect of all compliance related issues concerning real estate funds.

She is author of some publications on company law matters.
