Our Banking & Finance team advised a Banking Pool which included Banco BPM S.p.A., as the agent bank and Banca Popolare di Milano S.p.A, UniCredit S.p.A. and Banca del Mezzogiorno – MCC S.p.A. which granted Euro 29,000,000 to FIB S.r.l. and PM Immobiliare S.r.l. The two credit lines supported the borrowers’ working capital and are functional for the contribution which they will receive from the “Agenzia Nazionale per l’Attrazione degli Investimenti e lo Sviluppo di Impresa S.p.A.” the Italian region of Campania and the Italian Ministry of Economic Development. FIB is a company involved in the construction of lithium cells.
