PRIVACY E DATA PROTECTION
We provide comprehensive assistance in the field of privacy and data protection, offering in particular the following services: assessment and compliance with the relevant legislation, drafting of documentation, consultancy and opinions, continuous assistance, performance of the task of DPO (Data Protection Officer), assistance in case of litigation and in procedures involving the Italian Authority, training and updating of staff with specific reference to current legislation.
D.LGS. 231/2001 AND WHISTLEBLOWING
We provide assistance in the drafting of organizational models and ethic codes and, more generally, consultancy (including legal opinions) in the context of the Legislative Decree 231/2001. We act as members of the supervisory board (organismo di vigilanza).
We also provide advice on whistleblowing, taking into account also the Legislative Decree 24/2023.
