Our Banking & Finance team assisted Banco BPM and UniCredit in a financing transaction, with an aggregate value of EUR 25 million, in favour of Costruzioni Linee Ferroviarie, a leader in the design, construction, maintenance and renovation of railway and tram lines. The financing – arranged and structured by Banco BPM as global coordinator, joint MLA, bookrunner and agent – supported the medium-to-long term debt restructuring within the broader reorganisation of Strukton Rail Italy, the parent company of Costruzioni Linee Ferroviarie.
