Our Banking & Finance team assisted Banco BPM in a financing transaction with an aggregate value of EUR 17 million, in favour of a company of the “Centro di Medicina” network. The financing supported the acquisition of Casa di Cura Villa Maria, a Padua-based clinic which was already partially owned by the acquirer.
