Our Banking & Finance team assisted Banco BPM in a financing transaction with an aggregate value of EUR 10.73 million, in favour of Verteq Capital, a private equity investment holding company. This transaction supported the acquisition of both Radici Products and Polis Termoplastici, which are both active in the production of engineering polymer components for industrial automation machinery.
