Our Banking & Finance team assisted Banco BPM in a financing transaction, with an aggregate value of EUR 4.5 million, in favour of the B4 H II fund of B4 Investimenti SGR. This transaction supported the buy-out acquisition of Sa.No., a company specialising in “guanciale amatriciano” and the main promoter of the “IGP prosciutto amatriciano” consortium.
